Must have a home office with a computer, internet access, and separate telephone line in order to telecommute. Prefer a minimum of 6 months - 1 year marketing/sales experience or marketing degree (not required, but preferred). Must be trainable, coachable, and open minded. Must be creative and dependable. Must be able to come into office once per week for training and meetings, usually scheduled one week in advance. Must be outgoing and have a positive attitute. Must be willing to devote 5-10 hours per week, minimum to marketing activities. Must be devoted to personal/self development. Must have a STRONG desire to make money. Marketing Manager 1 position available. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a home office with a computer, internet access, and separate telephone line in order to telecommute. Prefer a minimum of 2-4 years or more marketing/sales and recruiting, hiring, training and motivating sales staff. Marketing degree preferred, experience and success in prior activities and jobs can be substituted for degree. Must be trainable, coachable, and open minded. Must be creative and dependable. Must be able to create marketing campaigns and occasional staff and team competitions. Must be able to come into office once per week for training and meetings and conduct training and meetings with own sales staff. Must be outgoing and have a positive attitute. Must be willing to devote 20-25 hours per week, minimum to marketing and development of new marketing ideas and activities. Must be devoted to personal/self development. Must have a STRONG desire to make money. Manager has potential to make overrides on marketing consultant production. Will be expected to assist in building your own team of 5-7 Marketing Consultants. P&C Insurance Agent/Broker 3 positions currently avaliable. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a home office with a computer, internet access, and separate telephone line in order to telecommute/work from home. Must be willing to become Broker within 2-5 years, if not already a Broker. Prefer a minimum of 6 months - 1 year marketing/sales experience or marketing degree (not required, but preferred). Must be trainable, coachable, and open minded. Must be creative and dependable. Must be able to come into Layton office once per week for training and meetings, usually scheduled one week in advance. Must be outgoing and have a positive attitute. Must be willing to devote 10+ hours per week, minimum to marketing activities. Must be devoted to personal/self development.
